The top part is the coffee jelly, the middle is the cheese part (with mousse-like, soft texture), and the base is made of Oreos which holds the whole thing together. I especially love the middle part, of course! The texture reminds me of choco mousse - but this time it's made of cheese! Yum!
I brought it at work, and my officemates instantly loved it too! They said that it's not "nakaka-umay" and the flavors are just right. Winner!
