Sweat It out

Zaggora Viva Hotpants I was lucky enough to win a pair of these from Zaggora a little while ago, and after a long while of not going to the gym, I finally got my ass in gear and I'm back on it. With a vengeance!First, a quick heads up, these aren't hotpants as we know them - bum cheek flashing. They  are far less terrifying, coming down to just below the knee. The 'hot' has a whole different meaning... Zaggora's 'hotwear' functions by increasing body temperature while you are exercising, and helps to burn calories. And boy do they do just that! When exercising in normal exercise gear (leggings or shorts) my legs don't get particularly hot... or sweaty. And yes, you guessed it, in these they really do. Now I don't particularly feel the heat on my legs when exercising, but when I take them off, my legs are just soaked. I know, hideous, but true. Now we know that sweating is good for weight loss  and recent studies show that these hotpants really do what they say on the tin. Now I'm not sure about the actual results on me; I started wearing these at the time I started going to the gym more (ideally three times a week) and therefore can't say any results are solely due to these hotpants. But, I have found my legs are becoming more toned, and have definitely lost weight on my thighs. They are quite highwaisted, and have noticed some weight loss on my stomach too.Now I know they're not cheap, but for the gym bunnies among us and those hoping to lose that Christmas weight for summer, they are a worthwhile investment. They're hardwearing - almost like wetsuit material - and don't show any signs of losing shape. You don't have to get an eye-catching pink pair either, they come in black and a whole range of other colours. What do you think? Are you ready to sweat it out?!sweat it out
