For the premieres alone the film has grossed $205k (reported) which is a new record. Now on the first Friday the film has collected a humongous $338k approximately. Total 1 Day collections are said to be around $552k (reported) which needless to say is a record for Day 1 in US. The film is expected to collect 1 million USD for the weekend alone if it maintains the same pace in collections.
