Here we are on the Camden walk in George's coffee shop. He is one of only two independent coffee sellers in London. He roasts his coffee every day (except Sunday) and you can smell it all the way down Camden High Street…
His machine is a hundred years old and he lights it with a cigarette lighter and you see the blue flames licking over the coffee beans as it rotates and throws the beans around… 
The shop hasn't changed in thirty years. It is tiny and full of his old balances and roasting and grinding machines and the hemp sacks full of the green coffee beans. George is part of the Greek Cypriot community in Camden Town…
When the Greeks demanded Cyprus, Churchill said, "The Greeks can have Cyprus if we can have Camden Town back".
