3. The CMA is the only charity solely dedicated to helping families affected by cardiomyopathy

4. It is estimated that as many as 200,000 people may be affected by cardiomyopathy in the UK

5. If diagnosed and treated appropriately, people affected by cardiomyopathy are able to lead a long and full life.
