Hola todos! I took Spanish for 3 years, almost failed each semester, but somehow retained a lot of it. hahaha. Last week my mom and youngest sister were in Indianapolis for a softball tournament all week. Usually my mom is the primary cook and grocery shopper in the house, so with her gone, me, my dad, and my other sister were forced to actually make ourselves food. I know, we are so lazy! I actually love cooking, but I hate how long it takes to make food sometimes!
I was really hungry one day during lunch time, but didn't feel like dirtying too many dishes, especially making sauce. That stuff is so hard and gross to clean, I say. So I made this delicious sauce-less spaghetti and I am addicted to it now.
You need: Spaghetti Noodles
Cherry Tomatoes
Minced Garlic
Olive Oil
Blue Cheese Crumbles
Spinach leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
First, Boil the noodles in a pot. Super easy.
Next, slice the tomatoes, and peel the spinach leaves into smaller pieces, and take off the stems. Put it on a plate and add a little olive oil and minced garlic. How much garlic you add depends on your taste.
Then, when the noodles are done, pour out the water and add them ontop of everything. Try to do it when the noodles are realllllly hot. Add blue cheese crumbles on top, mix up and enjoy!
It is delicous, I promise.
I'm totally loving the quality of my new camera too.
Have a great day/night everyone and thanks for reading!
