Super Easy Bay Scallop Bake


1 pound of bay scallops, rinse and drained

2 ½ tablespoons of salted butter, melted

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

½ teaspoon of paprika

½ cup of seasoned breadcrumbs

¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese

a dash of dried parsley

Optional: lemon slices


1. Pre-heat the oven to 400° F (or 200 C).

2. In a casserole dish, pour the melted butter over the bay scallops and mix until the scallops are completely covered.

3. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, paprika and Parmesan cheese mixture over the scallops and mix gently together.

4. Place the casserole dish in the pre-heated oven.  Cook  for 20 minutes or until the scallops are firm.
