It's been such a crazy couple of weeks, if you've seen this post and last week's Sunday Summary you'll know my recent exciting news. I'm still so happy (and shocked) to graduate tomorrow with a first class honours! Three years of university come to an end and I'll no longer be a student! I've been working Monday-Friday at the University Summer School this week as a Student Ambassador. It was my last student ambassador event and it's been one of the best I've been part of in all my three years. I've worked with a great bunch of people and the 51 hours have been so much fun (honestly) and although I'm sad to be leaving the orange hoody behind (yes, really) I'm looking forward to moving to purple in a couple weeks!
As you can see I bought myself a little treat in the form of the NARSissist palette as a ' well done me' present! I managed to get my hands on one when they were briefly back in stock and I'm so glad I did. I've never tried NARS eyeshadows before but these are great to work with and the palette is just sooooo pretty to look at isn't it?! (cue heart eyed emoji)
Andrew and I have booked a last minute trip to Paris which is so exciting! We'd talked about going somewhere after I graduate but with us both being so busy, we hadn't been able to actually sit down and book something. Well, he booked it, because I didn't realize how stressed I would get looking at hotels and pricing flights and everything. We go next Sunday so do let me know any recommendations for food, places to go (we'll be doing the main sights like the Eiffel Tower, Arc De Triomphe, Louvre, Notre Dame etc. but any extras are welcome) and what I need to pick up when I'm over there - I'm talking French pharmacy beauty stuff and I know there's Sephora but that all depends on the exchange rate.
I'm gonna keep things short and sweet this week since I need to prep for graduation tomorrow morning. I need to be there by 8am so I'm gonna be up eaaaarly! Look out for a few photos on instagram/twitter if you follow me on there, but I'll have a full post up on here sometime next week too!
