How is it Sunday again already? I swear this week has flown by! A job interview, writing a beauty article for a magazine (more news on that when I can) and graduation preparation!Does anyone else find their pets try to get involved when you're taking photos? I can't decide if Amber wanted her magazine debut or was intrigued by my lipstick selection. She then lay down and there was a distinctive cat ear shadow in my photos until I persuaded her to move to a cushion!
On another note, I'm not sure how well I'm going to cope knowing I've got 10 months to wait for the next season of Game Of Thrones! Plus, last night I finished season 2 of OITNB, so I could really do with some TV recommendations. Andrew and I still have one more season of Dexter to watch, but since we watch that together, I need something to watch on a night when I'm not seeing him.
Sometime next week I should find out whether I was successful or not at my interview. I'm trying really hard to not get my hopes up too much but y'know what it's like when you really want the job. Keeping my fingers tightly crossed!
Two weeks tomorrow it's my graduation and I think I may have settled on a dress now! It's been really difficult to find something I feel comfortable in that's dressy enough without being too fancy. I can't believe it's coming around so quickly though, still shoes and a bag to sort out, since I can't just wander around with my phone in my hand now can I? Hoping ASOS gets up and running again soon since I'm sure there's plenty other students out there in need of shoes and let's face it they have a impressive selection. Such a shame about the fire though, awful news!
I've been toying with the idea of dying my dip dye lilac for a while now and last night I did it. I didn't want to do it too close to graduation for obvious reasons, but I think two weeks is long enough and it's semi-permanent so should have washed out by then.
Since posting earlier this week about floral prints (see here), I'm feeling incredibly tempted to buy myself a co-ord. Let me know where you've spotted your favourites, cause let's be honest, I can't afford my French Connection outfit (see here) that I'm still wishing I owned!
