Sunday is the lazy day of the weekend for me. I get up early on Saturday mornings and fit in Body Pump before doing anything else I might have planned, but Sunday is more relaxed. I'll get up, have breakfast and see what I'm planning for the week ahead, get blog posts planned, maybe pop out for a coffee, then a proper pamper evening ready for Monday morning at work. Last weekend though, I decided to mix up my routine and have brunch with my sister.

I wasn't sure I could pull off this badge and patches trend, but it's a bit different, a bit quirky and the shirt itself is so soft and easy to wear. The khaki seems to bring out the green in my eyes too - somehow!
Brunch was lovely, but that's another post itself - trust me, you'll want to see those pancakes!
As we were shooting these photos, a band was playing (perhaps a regular Sunday occurrence in Durham near the cathedral?) a few renditions of our national anthem, the Indiana Jones theme music and Game Of Thrones. Interesting to say the least!
What would you wear for a casual weekend brunch?
