Sunday Brunch: Super HEALTHY Two Ingredient Pancakes (Recipe)

Craving something delishions for breakfast, but you are trying to only eat healthy food... this is exactly what you need! I've been having these for a few weeks each weekend and haven't got tired of them (yet). They are low caland super fast and easy to make! Plus... this recipe has 90 calories per person!!Since they are so easy to prepare, you could even include them in your daily breakfast!! So.... let's go!!
Ingredients
for 2pax (90 calories per person):
3 egg whited
30 grams oats
 Optional: Cinnamon, nutmeg.
  1.  Place the oats in your mixer for 15-20 seconds until you have some sort of oats flour.
  2. Add the egg whited and mix 20-30 seconds.
  3. Heat a skilled with a tiny drop of oil. When hot pour the batter to form your pancakes.
  4. Cook for a couple of minutes then flip over. Cook for another minute and serve!

Now you have to choose the toppings! It could be anything you like, from sweet to savoury.I made mini pancakes about the size of my palm (my hand is very small!).
Toppings I chose:
Cream cheese with mapple syrup
Cheese and mushrooms
Homemade crunchy peanut butter
Cream cheese with a slice of gouda cheese
