You most likely will not be able to turn a corner this summer without seeing some form of stripes. We're seeing them on towels, dresses, shirts, bathing suits, flip flops, purses, etc. Stripes are always a huge warm-weathered trend but summer 2014 is going maximize that. I have no problem with this trend. Stripes are flattering, stylish, and allow a simple shirt or dress to become an entire outfit. They allow a bag to become a statement piece, and they add character to otherwise simple accessories.
