Summer Recipe: Cobb Salad Lettuce Wrap

Forget the fast food! For a quick and wholesome snack, pack this tasty Cobb Salad Lettuce Wrapfeaturing HORMEL Chunk Chicken and HORMEL Real Bacon Bits
Here is what you will need: Summer Recipe: Cobb Salad Lettuce Wrap
Ingredients:
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
  • 2 (10-ounce) cans HORMEL® Chunk Chicken, drained
  • 1 (2-ounce) jar HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 hard-cooked large eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing

Directions:On platter, arrange each ingredient. Fill lettuce leaves with chicken, bacon bits, tomato, cheeses and eggs. Drizzle with dressing; roll up lettuce.We used romaine lettuce and different cheeses to fit our families tastes and dietary needs.
