What Is Detox Water ?

fruit-infused water or fruit-flavoured water or Detox water – means that is made by infusing water with herbs, flavors of fruits or vegetables. Crushing or bruising fruits and herbs can help release more of their flavors.

How to make fruit-infused Detox Water !

Ingredients :
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 Lemon, sliced
  • 1 inch of Fresh Ginger, sliced
  • 4 Fresh Mint Sprigs
  • 2 litres of Distilled/Filtered/Mineral Drinking Water

Prep time: 10 min
Preparation:

Step 1: slice the lemon, cucumber, and ginger into circles.
Step 2: Fill 3/4 of the water bottle or  pitcher with clean drinking water.
Step 3: Add the cucumber, lemon, ginger and mint to the water. Stir, allowing the water to soak in the essence of all the ingredients.
Step 4: Let it steep for at least 45 minutes. Or pop into the refrigerator overnight.
Step 5: now it’s ready to Consume in the morning and/or throughout the day. you can add in fresh mint for garnish when you serve.
