Ice, Ice baby. Icing your skin 2-3 times a week leads to perfect, glowing skin. Sounds crazy, right? It's become one of the most recent and popular beauty rituals with some serious benefits attached. It improves circulation, tightens pores, reduces puffiness, helps diminish blemishes, and slows the creation of new wrinkles while softening old ones. Place a piece of ice cube on a small wash cloth and slide over all areas of your face a few times.
Stay dry.  Instead of clogging your pores with powder makeup to reduce oil on your face, carry oil blotting sheets around with you. These instantly take away all excess oil, and create a matte, smooth appearance.
Make waves. Create beach waves the natural way by air drying your hair, leaving it slightly damp, and putting in a braid. Then by the time your hair is fully dry take out the braid, scrunch up your hair, and add a little spray.
Go Natural. If you have long lashes, don't wear mascara. If you have bronzed skin in the summer don't cover it up with foundation. Summer is not the time to use full coverage makeup.
Take your Vitamins. Stock up on Vitamin C. Whether it is the natural way or with a supplement, the vitamin is proven to slow down cell damage, reduce hyperpigmentation, and reduce wrinkles/sunspots.

Pull it back. Use a headband when your outside, working out, and even sleeping. Because of all the oils that build up in our hair over the summer it is critical to keep your hair as far away from your face as possible.
Keep it clean. Keep a few pillow cases on rotation to dispose of all the germs and bacteria that builds up on your pillow case from the bacteria and oils in your hair and skin.
