Ida and Marios, a couple living in Norway returned to Parga, the groom’s home town to tie the knot with a dreamy and cozy boho chic style wedding. With the deep blue sea as the backdrop, the talented team of Your Lefkada Wedding, created a very romantic scenery that will mesmerize you! The main colors of their decoration were white and salmon with a hint of greenery. The wedding venue was decorated beautifully with fresh flower arrangements combined with golden candlesticks and flatware which gave a pure romantic touch, while the boho details such as the macramé seating chart, bamboo details and lounge area gave a boho chic feeling to the decoration. This dreamy scenery completed in such a wonderful way with the romantic touch of the string lights which created a very cozy atmosphere. Your Lefkada Wedding shared with us: “Ida and Marios, a couple living in Norway returned to Parga, the groom’s home town to get married. Parga is not only groom’s home but place of many of their shared memories as they met here for the first time when enjoying surf and SUP. This is why they decided to have a magical wedding in the tiny town, Parga. And they did. This wedding was absolutely a dream. Main colors of the design were the white and salmon with a hint of greenery. We chose anthirium flower and loved its sophisticated yet minimal look. Flower arrangements from fresh flowers combined with golden candlesticks and flatware gave a pure romantic touch while the boho details such as macrame seating chart, bamboo details or launge area gave a boho chic feeling to the decoration. Our goal was to open the space and encourage guests to enjoy the beach in the cozy boho lounge area with peacock chairs, moroccon poufs, floor pillows, sangria and live guitar music. Nothing makes your wedding or reception more magical than the good lighting – therefore we used string lights to make the space really glamourous. It was a memorable day for Your Lefkada Wedding team working in Parga with the friendly local team of Paliria and making this lovely couple super-happy.”

“I met Marios for the first time during a vacation with my best friend in June 2017. One morning I was out running in the center of Parga and I saw him driving a motorbike to his work. My heart skipped a beat. He was beach tan, had curly hair and white smile… We smiled at each other and later that night we met up in Blue Bar where he worked as a bartender. Since that day we have been inseparable.”

“Marios proposed to me during the total lunar eclipse on July 27 2018. We spent the night together in Lichnos, our favorite beach in Parga – with candle lights, take away-pizza and a bottle of red wine. The sight of the ”blood moon” was just incredible. At midnight Marios asked me if I wanted to join him for a swim. He completely caught me by surprise when he pulled out a ring and asked me to marry him.”

“The wedding took place in Lichnos beach in beautiful Parga. This is the place we got engaged and where we have spent most of our time together. Marios has been working there for 15 years. Surrounded by olive trees, blue sea and white sandy beach we could never have found a better place to say I do.”
