St. Patrick’s Day is many months away, but for some reason today I felt the urge to wear my Kelly green blazer one more time before the mercury drops. I bought this blazer last year because it was strikingly similar to one that I liked on the Marc Jacobs runway. Although the Kelly green trend appears to have come and gone in the past year, I still like to wear this unusual jacket for fun once in a while. Who knows, it might even inspire someone to come up with a Limerick.

Rather than wearing this blazer with a pair of trousers and dress shoes, I decided to change things up by choosing shorts and Converse kicks instead. Mixing different styles has been a huge trend lately, and this was my way of playing with that.
