After writing my last post about Nice, I was inspired to do a Riviera look to follow up with it. In the midst of gorgeous sunshine and the endless ocean, it’s most appropriate to throw on a straw fedora and a pair of wayfarers to look like you belong on the coast. Wearing a casual shirt with these accessories is definitely a viable option, but in this look I opted for a white striped tee instead. That’s the way to keep it “cool” along the Riviera. Comfortable, casual chic is the goal here.

I’m wearing:
Fedora – Banana Republic
Sunglasses – Banana Republic
Tee – Club Monaco (similar from American Apparel)
Bracelet – River Island (similar from Asos)
Shorts – Dockers
Shoes – Spring (similar from Sperry)
Good color coordination is the key to looking put-together. I purposely paired red shorts and blue shoes with this look to match with the stripes on my tee. Similarly, that’s how my bracelet matches with my fedora. It’s all in the details.
