Verdict on Stutz

Stutz is a documentary that dives into the personal discussion Jonah Hill had with his therapist Phil Stutz. It takes us behind the curtain of their sessions as Jonah explores his own anxiety he had been in the public spotlight.

This gets to explore Phil Stutz’s methods, which has seen a unique friendship created between the two. It dives into both men’s problems and how they use the conversations to help them move forward in their lives.

Seeing behind the curtain of a therapy session is incredibly interesting to see. Shows the methods that have helped Jonah as well as his accepting other methods that haven’t worked previously. It proves that anyone could find solutions to deal with their problems in different ways.

It is very personal and brave to show his personal life. Not only Jonah expresses his problems, but Phil Stutz accepts to open up about his own difficult life. This does feel important because it shows how therapy can help people in their biggest time of need.

Where to Watch: Stutz is available to watch on Netflix now.

Final Thoughts Stutz is an important documentary that shows therapy can help people.
