Since their debut at SaloneSatellite in 2009, Singaporean design duo Timo Wong and Priscilla Lui have been sprinting ahead of the competition. Appropriately, Rabbit and the Tortoise, one of their new table collections for Living Divani, was exhibited last year in Milan. Studio Juju was also selected by Satellite as one of the 15 design firms to celebrate the show’s 15th anniversary.

Modern storage solution by Studio Juju.

Studio Juju's Drum Series is a set of storage options with intersecting "ribs" that, upon further investigation, can organize smaller items.

“Our process is often an act of discovery for something refreshing or distilled surprises,” says Wong. This is reflected in the studio’s pieces, as with the Drum Series, a set of storage options with intersecting “ribs” that, upon further investigation, can organize smaller items. Their most recent project, Luxury Towers—for Oki Sato’s K%—is a set of glass containers, inspired by the ritual of dressing up and designed so the pieces stored appear to float above the surface. Slow and steady may occasionally win the race, but Studio Juju’s ingenuity and practicality puts them well ahead of the pack.
