A thing where we can pretend that the week is over, pat ourselves on the back for a job well done, and sip a nice, refreshing cocktail? Even though there might still be another day left in the work week? Pleeease?
Because if so, I have the perfect cocktail in mind for you. And there’s sorbet involved! So technically it can just be your Thursday night dessert.
