1441 Pizzeria is a modern pizzeria located in JP Nagar, Bangalore. This is their first franchisee in Bangalore and plans to open many more in the city soon. The name 14*41* are the coordinates of Naples-Italy, the birth place of Pizza. The ambiance is a typical Italian Pizzeria with a wood fired oven. With three categories of pizza to choose from, the USP of this place is the fact that you can create your own pizza.
We tried their Jalapeno Cheese Poppers which was spicy with a masala sprinkled on top. The Poppers were filled with cheese and bits of jalapenos. The masala on top really made the difference. We also tried the Litchi and Masala Lemonade with the poppers. Both were lemony and tangy, perfect to clean the palate for the next course.
The Pizza at 1441 Pizzeria can be made as per your choice. There are more than 3 types of sauces (Italian, Mama’s and Jain), 50+ toppings, 4 different type of cheese to choose from. They even encourage people to make their own pizza and decorate it with your own hands. We tried a half and half pizza with capsicum, jalapenos, olives, garlic on one side and paneer, pineapple, caramelized onions and sundried tomato on the other. The best thing about 1441 Pizzeria is the fact that the pizza is ready in only 3 minutes due to their wood fired oven. We even tried their Nutella Pizza with has a slight twist. The small pizza is spread with a generous amount of Nutella, powdered sugar and chili powder for the extra kick.
Overall, 1441 Pizzeria is a great experience especially the pizza making process. The staff needs a hats off as everyone was proactive to make us understand their food.
