More storms tonight. Lovely summer thunderstorms. That will in all likelihood blow my screens in again because it is so darn hot in here that I can’t imagine closing the windows. Jacob keeps barking at god knows what, most likely the cat. Jack woke up screaming – don’t know why, maybe to do with his vaccines today though he never did that before. Finally managed to get him back to sleep, am covered in gentian violet because yes, the thrush has made a comeback in poor Jack’s mouth. Went to take my super expensive treatment for the thrush in my body and discovered it to have expired last month…I bought it today from a store in freaking Pointe Claire, QC on my way home from the drs office in Montreal. I live in Eastern Ontario. A) not exactly a cake walk to return and b) I need to start that treatment. Then I found that the bloody cat peed in front of the fireplace, on some nice porous brick work. This because I need to change the litter but have none left and forgot to buy some. So now that Jack is finally asleep I have to wake him up to go buy cat litter for a cat that I don’t even want but can’t find a home for. And all I really want to do is take a bath but I’m fed up of having to clean her hair out of the tub before I take one…grrr…
