What is your preference? and how else do you cook this with?
What you need:Long beanCarrot100g dried shrimp, soak and pounded.minced garlic2 chilli padi, poundedMethod:Cut long bean to approx 1 1/2" longCut carrot to approx 1 1/2" long.In up oil in a wok, add in minced garlic, chilli (Optional) and pounded dried shrimp. Stir fried until fragrant.Add in carrot. Cook for 2 mins.Add in long bean, continue to cook until long bean turned dark green. Add in a dash of fish sauce, a little sugar and salt (to taste). Add a dash of water, cover and let it cook for 3 mins. (depend on your preference to the texture).Remove.
