Among the many general aviation aircraft on static display at the Watsonville Fly In is this sharp looking Stinson 108. This post-war general aviation aircraft was produced by the Stinson division of Consolidated Vultee, later selling the type certificate to Piper in 1949.  This “Flying Station Wagon” version was an option available with the Stinson 108, featuring a utility interior with wood paneling and a reinforced floor in the passenger compartment.  Production of the 108 was from 1946-1950.  Nikon D300 w/18-200mm.
