Stephen Harper Fundraising Pitch Used to Raise Money, for Liberals

The Conservatives posted a video Thursday of former prime minister Stephen Harper urging supporters to kick in money for Andrew Scheer, but the Liberals quickly promoted the same video to bolster their claim that Scheer would turn back the clock to the Harper era.
