A statement necklace can take any outfit from bland to grand. Although I do love the contrasting colors of this skirt & blouse combo and think the shades really compliment each other, I will say that the necklace really makes the outfit. The blue really makes it pop. I recently got this Bauble Bar necklace and I know that I will be able to add it to so many different outfits to either dress up the look or just sass it up a bit.
