Statement Dress // Faberge Dress Take 2

You saw my Baroque choices for Fall, so it's no surprise that I fell in love with this Faberge dress when Anna Dello Russo wore it last year. {I nabbed the ready-to-wear version on sale at Neiman Marcus}.  It definitely makes a statement.  And it's easy to get carried away when we're inundated with images of massive arm parties, bold accessories, embellished heels, and excess everything. Why make is so complicated?

The Style Rx: Let a statement print dress speak for itself and keep everything else simple or neutral.  

I wore this to an award reception for Mr. S.  For the record, I consider leopard print heels a neutral.
