Wouldn’t it be great to start your new year with something that would make you laugh? To learn English language is both fun and exciting, and if you personally prefer the funny side of learning rather than focusing its difficulties, why not take a break from the tiring side of learning and enjoy the following English jokes below.

There are actually lots if we could only write it all down. Nonetheless, allow these jokes to give you a humorous moment to give you a break. Your language school may somewhat joke around during classes, but it’s good to have a self-laughing experience from time to time.

Weight Loss
A wife saw her husband weight himself on the scale trying to pull in the stomach. The weight thought he is trying to reduce his weight on the scale. So she said.
“You know. I don’t think that will help you anything”
The husband replies “Of course it helps. It is the only way I can see the number on the scale.”

Difficult/Easy Questions
In one interview, the interviewer got impatient about one guy because he could answer all the questions so quickly and arrogantly.

“Tell me your choice,” said he to the boy, “I shall either ask you ten easy questions or ONE real difficult. Think well before you make up your mind.”

The boy thought for a while and said, “My choice is ONE real difficult question.”
“Well, good luck to you, you have made your own choice!” said the man on the opposite side. Tell me: What comes first, Day or Night?”

The boy was jolted first but he waited for a while and said: “It’s the DAY, sir.”

“How??” the interviewer was smiling (“At last, I got you!” he said to himself.)

“Sorry sir, you promised me that you will not ask me a SECOND difficult question!”

Admission for the course was thus secured.

Dear Boss
Dear Boss,
People who do lots of work… make lots of mistakes
People who do less work… make less mistakes
People who do no work… make no mistakes

People who make no mistakes… gets promoted

That’s why I spend most of my time sending e-mails & playing games at work
I need a promotion.

I know you laughed at them! We all know on the first place that English jokes are not just mere jokes, you know. it will also give you more time to learn English language. And speaking of English learning, perhaps the option to learn English in Washington might cross your mind. Make inquiries for further elements.
