In 1994 James got his first film role in ‘No Dessert, Dad, Till You Mow the Lawn’.

Career: This role didn’t help shake the teenager role leaving him to follow up the success of X-Men with teen comedy ‘Sugar and Spice’ and comedy adventure ‘Interstate 60: Episodes of the Road’. James returned to his role in X-Men for both sequels and had a supporting part in romantic tearjerker ‘The Notebook’. After finishing the trilogy of X-Men James jumped shipped to forgettable superhero film ‘Superman Returns’. James tried his hands at romantic comedies with Disney’s ‘Enchanted’ and ’27 Dresses’, before going fully mature in ‘The Box’.

Recent Years: Since 2010 James has got himself into to remakes ‘Death at a Funeral’ and ‘Straw Dogs’. Trying his hand at more supporting roles he did make a return to the X-Men franchise is ‘X-Men: Days of Futures Past’.
