Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc Nursing Admission
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Science or equivalent examination from recognized Board/Council/University with English as one of the subjects and aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for General Category. Must have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate. 40% marks for candidates and candidates belonging to SC/ST(P)/ST(H) category without grace marks.
Age Limit: His age should be between 17 to 24 years as of 31-12-2022. The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 (three) years for SC/ ST candidates.

Eligibility Criteria for Diploma in Pharmacy
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and/or Mathematics from a recognized Board/ Council/ University.
Age Limit: Not below 17 years and not more than 24 years as of 31-12-2022. The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 (three) years in respect of SC/ ST/ OBC/ MOBC category candidates
Resident: The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
Other Details of SSUHS CEE
Common Entrance Test (CEE) for the selection of candidates for admission to B.Sc. Nursing and Diploma in Pharmacy courses in various institutions under the Directorate of Medical Education, Assam for the session 2022 will be held on 14th August 2022 at Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Silchar, Jorhat, Barpeta, Tezpur, Lakhimpur, and Diphu. The online application form will be available on the website of Shrimanta Sankardev University of Health Sciences (www.ssuhs.in) from 15th July to 25th July 2022. Interested candidates are advised to submit the form within this stipulated period only.
Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 1200/- (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred) is required to be paid only through SBI Payment Gateway available on the online application page and University website. The examination fee is exempted for PWD (Divyang) category candidates.

SSUHS Common Entrance Examination (CEE) will be held on 12 August 2022 at Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Silchar, Jorhat, Barpeta, Tezpur, Lakhimpur, and Diphu for B.Sc. Nursing and D. Pharm courses will be conducted by Srimanta Sankardev University of Health Sciences.
👉A candidate can apply for both B.Sc. Nursing and D. Pharm exam in single mode and with the single exam fee.
👉The exam will be 150 marks for each course.
👉There will be 50 questions for each subject with 1 mark for each question. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers. Unanswered questions will be awarded zero marks.

👉 The question paper will be of 10+2 standard and will consist of 100 questions in Paper-I (50 questions from Physics and 50 questions from Chemistry), 50 questions in Paper II (50 questions from Biology), and 50 questions in Paper II. Paper-3 (50 questions from Mathematics).
👉 Candidates are willing to appear for B.Sc. The nursing course will have to appear in Paper-1 and Paper-2. A candidate willing to appear for the D. Pharm course must appear in either Paper-1 and Paper-2 or Paper-3. However, if a candidate wishes to appear in both Paper-2 and Paper-3 for the D. Pharm course, he/she will be allowed to do so, but Paper-2 and Paper-3 for counting of marks for merit position. The higher marks will be taken into account.
