Academic qualification
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or any equivalent exam from a recognized board or university as on January 1, 2020.
Nationality
A candidate must be either:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal, or
- A subject of Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who seeked asylum in India before January 1, 1962.
- Person with indian origins who has transferred from one of the following countries: Myanmar, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, etc.
Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (2), (3), (4) and (5) have to produce a certificate of eligibility at the time of offer of appointment.
