A special meeting was held yesterday (28) between Sri Lankan Ambassador to the U.S., Julie Chung, and Minister of Women and Children’s Affairs, Saroja Savitri Paulraj, at the Ministry.
The discussions focused on challenges faced by women in Sri Lanka, potential support mechanisms, and enhancing cooperation between Sri Lanka and the United States in the future.
Deputy Minister of Women and Children’s Affairs, Dr. Namal Sudarshana, also participated in the meeting.
