The natural beauty of this wonderful Greek island had stolen Manon and Giorgos’ hearts and so they decided to plan a spring wedding to enjoy the calmness and the blossoming flowers on the island. “Our florist Bosonis Flowers Events Gardening arranged the decoration, and we were very happy with the result, it was even better than we expected. The Bosonis team is very professional, flexible, it’s easy to communicate with them even from a distance and it was lots of fun to design the wedding together!” the beautiful bride shared with us. This bridal bouquet, the intimate ceremony setting with lovely blossoms, the view, the colors… we loved just about everything!

The bride shared with us: “We had a Spring wedding in Kourkoumelata, Kefalonia. We met during a pre-wedding party of friends who got married in Cyprus. He was a friend of the groom, they went to school together, and I was a friend of the bride, we met when we both studied in Paris. We sat next to each other during the pre-wedding dinner in a beautiful village in Cyprus and spent the following days in Cyprus together. We decided to meet again and then traveled 2,5 years between Netherlands and Greece to see each other. When flying to Greece I used to see a beautiful beach from the plane and that’s where he proposed!”
“I was following the sites Chic and Stylish Weddings and Love4Weddings at all stages of our wedding planning! I absolutely loved the blogs and got inspired reading about other weddings in Greece. From Chic and Stylish Weddings I found our floral designer Bosonis for all decorations and our wedding photographer Vicky Bekiaridou Photography, we really enjoyed working with her! Even though we arranged everything from a distance it was very easy and fun to discuss the set-up. I also found the vintage car on the blogs, so decided to contact Retrotours to rent it. They also arranged transportation for our guests during the wedding and pre-wedding event, a very reliable vendor and fun to work with!”
“We decided to organize our wedding in spring time to enjoy the calmness and the blossoming flowers on the island. We chose pastel colors, matching with the existing colors of the island and the joy of spring season. We preferred a ‘boutique style’ wedding and therefore organized the reception and dinner in our favorite restaurant on the island. The restaurant has grapevines and a beautiful view, for our wedding we added flowers, candles and golden details.”
“My favorite moment was the moment of arrival at the church, seeing all our friends, family, the flower girls and of course the groom!” Bride’s Advise: “I really enjoyed working with the vendors we selected, and they are all so important for your wedding day. The owner of the restaurant was extremely helpful and fun to work with, it made things much easier. My main advice would be to choose professional and reliable vendors!”
