I discovered a new makeup brand today thanks to Jenni Epperson’s blog! She aptly named her post “Cutest Makeup in the Metro!” and so naturally it piqued my interest and made me click the link! And my oh my, cute is indeed the right adjective to describe these products!
At first I thought Happy Skin is well, a skin care line, but I got surprised that the brand actually offers makeup. But not just any ordinary makeup, it’s skin-loving makeup. The dynamic beauty duo Jacqe Yuengtian-Gutierrez and Rissa Mananquil-Trillo are the founders of this recently launched brand. Both are beauty industry experts in their own rights.
To ensure this, Happy Skin products boast of the best skin-loving ingredients. “All Happy Skin products are infused with special skincare ingredients, such as Japanese tea leaf, cherry blossom, hyaluronic acid, and argan oil, to name a few,” explains Jacqe.

I just hope these products go beyond the pretty packaging and witty product names, and can actually deliver excellent performance. I’ll definitely check out these cute babies soon! Let’s see how it goes!
