In another in our ‘spotlight’ series, Music Writer Mark Hornsby shines the light on an iconic artist…Jimi Hendrix.
When the editor, CAT, asked if I would be up for writing an article on Jimi Hendrix, I thought about it for about two seconds and said :”Yes“. Shortly afterwards….very shortly afterwards… a nano second afterwards I thought “Ahhhhhhh…ummmmm; how am I going add anything to the subject of Jimi Hendix?” We all know if you put all the articles ever written about Hendrix end to end they would reach to the moon and back…twice! OK, I made that bit up but you get my point, an awful lot has been written.
