During the summer a world first was born. This being a sneaker making deck which was created by Foot Locker, the well respected footwear store.
The deck was created for both music fans and trainer heads and if you fall into either category you will be pleased to know that the folks at Foot Locker are taking the sneaker making deck on a tour of Europe presenting the ‘Foot Locker X Modestep Sneaker Mix Tour 2013’.
The tour is an exclusive European DJ Tour which marks an exciting collaboration with British electronic rock band Modestep, who released their critically acclaimed debut album ‘Evolution Theory’ back in February earlier this year. If you haven’t heard their music it can be described as a unique blend of dubstep, drum and bass and rock – hear it for yourself in the video below.
The tour promises amazing music and awesome kicks which sounds like a good enough reason to check it out if you ask us! You can catch the tour in Europe’s main clubbing cities including London on the 29th November and all ticket holders will receive exclusive behind the scenes access plus the chance to meet Modestep in person.
If you are more interested in trainers than the music you can look out for Modesteps band members in the video below including DJ Josh and Tony Friend who are wearing the latest KDI Nike Air Max 90 trainers along with Vans Locus and Adidas Hardcourt trainers which are available from Foot Locker.
For your chance to win tickets to the London event, you can enter via the competition currently running on Foot Locker’s FaceBook page. You will be able to find more information here.
