The layout below is for a friend of mine, when I saw the photos a big splash jumped out and said me, me, me! I used blue Bazzill as the basic splash.
Inked the edges using a Distress Ink pad (the dot in the middle was me testing the colour!)
I added some addition 'drips' and 'drops' and used patterned card stock as a background.
The overall finish was exactly the look I was hoping for, I hope she likes it!
