- Up & Climb – Arrow Key Up
- Down & Crouch – Arrow Key Down
- Left – Arrow Key Left
- Right – Arrow Key Right
- Jump – Z
- Attack – X
- Bomb – C
- Rope – D
- Use Door/Buy – A
- Walk/Run (Hold) – Left Shift
- Movement Default – Run

How to Customice Controls?
These are the steps to customice the PC / Keyboard controls:
- Launch the game
- Go to Options
- Select Controls
- Select Keyboard Config
- Now click on the Actions you want to configure and assign the keys of your choice
How to Pick Up Items?
To Pick up , crouch by them and press X. You can throw them by pressing X again. Hold up to throw high, and down to drop
Spelunky 2 Controls – Xbox & PlayStation
Spelunky supports gamepads natively. To use a gamepad, plug it into the number 1 USB slot and then enable gamepads in the config utility

- Left Trigger – Bomb Shortcut
- Left Bumper – Run
- Right Trigger – Rope Shortcut
- Right Bumper – Purchase/Bet
- D-Pad – Move
- Menu button – Pause/Menu (Quit Game)
- A – Whip, Throw Item, Use Item
- B – Jump
- X – Cycle Whip, Item, Bombs, Rope
- Y – Flare
