Speed is Expensive is a historical documentary following the life of Philip Vincent. He developed the fastest motorbike and pioneered the change in the motorbike industry. However, despite his massive fame and legacy, it showed how difficult making money truly was.
In this documentary, we get to learn about his wealthy upbringing that helped support his early plans. It shows how he overcame the different struggles in the market, even if his records are world-renowned. The rollercoaster rise and fall of the business. However, nowadays bikes are the most expensive on the market.
This gets to show us how a successful mind still faced challenges in his life. It doesn’t hold back showing how many struggles hit them, would never have held back the major success the company he created had.
