After months and months of planning, tenacity, perseverance, and hard work I am pleased to announce the opening of my first retail storefront. Born out of this blog this dedicated gluten free food market and bakery will serve as Rochester’s third exclusively gluten free bakery and the city’s very first food and retail market dedicated to providing the best of the best gluten free, natural, and vegan friendly products.
In addition to top notch gluten and dairy free baked goods the market will house the products that I have curated and reviewed right here and that I use in my daily life as a celiac. I am so excited to be affiliated with many nationally acclaimed gluten free brands and I cannot wait to bring a wider selection of their products to my store. Most importantly the market will support many locally produced and sustainable products created by local small businesses.
