I am honored and over the moon to share with you my latest media feature with Open Mic Rochester.
Open Mic is a Rochester, NY-based online black publication that provides a forum to discuss everything important geographically and culturally to the African-American community in Rochester, NY. The article (published today) is written by Nilan Lovelace and entitled, Live With The Gluten Free Chef: A Four- Part Wellness Tour. The feature highlights my brand new wellness tour which kicks off here in Rochester on Saturday February 4 at 1872 Café on West Main Street at 4 PM.
This wellness tour is truly a labor of love and I cannot wait to connect with many of you who have questions about how to live a more fulfilled and simple holistic life whether you are living gluten free or not. As I continue to network and connect with the community I hope to bring more aweareness to celiac disease and other autoimmune- chronic illnesses and how you can take control of your life and live well despite disability.
