Plot: Clark doesn’t care about you. He doesn’t care about the world. He barely cares about himself. But after an incident with an old bowl of spaghetti and a malfunctioning microwave, he becomes a superhero that can fight crime with the power of spaghetti. However, you have to pay him.

Verdict: Perfectly Fitting for the Over Populated Superhero Genre
Story: Spaghettiman starts as we meet Clark (Crutcher) a lazy man who can’t keep himself a job even with his extra supportive roommate Dale (Carter). When Clark eats an old bowl of spaghetti he finds himself having spaghetti coming out of his body and takes them to use to fight crime for money.
As Dale continues to find himself failing to make the grade as a police officer he questions Clark’s decision to fight crime for money instead of trying to push him into fighting crime for the good which drives Dale to becoming Shadow Man.
Spaghettiman comes into the modern era of over saturated superhero films but what this film does so well is rip the genre apart. We get the rise of the anti-hero doing everything against the stereotype of a hero. While you can see the low budget having the restrictions on anything over the top but this also helps because it shows what the scenes would really look like before getting the extra effects. This is a purely fun movie that all the people who are getting tired of the superhero genre will enjoy.
Overall: Pleasant surprise stepping up into the top 3 superhero films of the year.
