Elon Musk famously dreams of a city on Mars, 1 million strong. First of all, his company SpaceX wants to build a resort on the Texas Gulf Coast next to a planned spaceport in Boca Chica Village.
In Boca Chica the company is currently developing and Test spaceship, his Martian rocket.
The SpaceX Starship prototype makes the first jump.
A job ad popped up over the weekend for "a talented resort development manager overseeing the development of SpaceX's first resort."
"Boca Chica Village is our latest launch site for Starship, our next-generation launch vehicle. SpaceX is committed to developing this city into a 21st century spaceport," the search ad reads.

The ad also appears to suggest that the project is in the early stages of development as the position's responsibilities include managing the design, setting the cost and schedule, and obtaining the necessary permits.
SpaceX did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
While SpaceX may be building the only spaceport nearby, adding a resort to the mix wouldn't be that out of character for the region. Popular resorts are just a few miles away in the spring break mecca of South Padre Island.
