Sour Cream
Ingredients:
- Table Cream/Single Cream/Half and Half OR Heavy Cream/Double Cream, chilled, 150 ml
- Lemon juice, 1 tsp
Instructions:
Pour the chilled cream into a bowl and whisk till the cream begins to thicken. ( a regular balloon or hand whisk would do, no need to pull out the big guns for this one)Add in the lemon juice and whisk till the cream forms semi-stiff peaks.
Chill and use within a day
