Sony Xperia 10 III has been spotted with Snapdragon 690 SoC and 6GB RAM on Geekbench. It could be the successor of Xperia 10 II which was launched in February last year. Sony Xperia 10 III is believed to be run on Android 11 out of the box.

Sony is all set to launch a new device in its Xperia 10 series very soon. Recently, The Gizmochina report shared the Geekbench listing of the upcoming Sony Xperia 10 III which revealed that the model number of the device could be Sony A003SO and also confirmed some of its specifications. As per the report, The smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 5G SoC clocked at 1.80GHz base frequency, Adreno 619L GPU and may couple with 6GB of RAM.
Coming to the Geekbench scores, The smartphone is managed to score 601 points in the single-core test whereas 1821 points on the multi-core test. Earlier, Some reports revealed the CAD renders of the Xperia 10 III handset. The renders unveiled that it measures 154.4 x 68.4 x 8.3mm thickness and it features a 6-inch display with sizeable bezels around it. In terms of camera, The smartphone boasts 12-megapixel (primary) camera, an 8-megapixel (telephoto) snapper, and an 8-megapixel (Ultrawide) sensor. The phone will be equipped with two front-facing speakers and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. The design of the Xperia 10 III seems to be similar to the predecessor Xperia 10 II.
However, The Japenese tech company has not revealed any information related to the Sony upcoming Xperia 10 III smartphone but some rumours suggested it might be launched in February.
