There seems to be no end in sight for the wireless headphone market. Sony updated their popular MDR headphone lineup with a new MDR-1ABT. This new wireless model adds touch sensor control so you will be able to play, pause, skip or track through a song without ever reaching for your phone or media player. To maintain a high-resolution sound the headphones has a digital audio converter as well as the company’s S-Master HX digital amplifier and the Digital Sound Enhancement Engine. The latter can upscale any audio signal to near high resolution quality by recreating more subtle high frequency harmonics lost in heavily compressed files.
