First Reaction – Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is an enjoyable trilogy.

Story: Sonic the Hedgehog 3 starts when Sonic, Tails and Knuckles are recruited to take down a new hedgehog, Shadow. Shadow has been locked up for years and someone has unleashed him to the world.
Sonic is forced to work with Doctor Robotnik (Carrey) to track down the culprit. However, it turns out to be the biggest threat they have faced and they must learn the meaning of team work.
Verdict on Sonic the Hedgehog 3
Recap
The movie follows Sonic and his friends facing a new enemy in Shadow. They must turn to an old enemy to fight back, while learning the true meaning of friendship and teamwork.
Best Parts
The animated characters are easily the best part of the film. They have grown over the films and the new addition is fun to their different stories. Shadow’s backstory is powerful and interesting to see unfold too. The general feeling is fun, which makes for an enjoyable experience throughout.
Worst Parts
The movie has too much Robotnik and some of the comedy drags out too much. It gets to a stage where it doesn’t even feel funny and takes away from Sonic and Knuckles’s chemistry.
Final Thoughts –Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is an enjoyable third installment to the franchise.
