A Nigerian soldier has shot lifeless a 28-year-old man recognized as Chinonso Obasi in Ovim group, within the Isuikwuato Native Authorities Space of Abia State.

No life is more precious than another."The normal ruler of Amune group and Okwu II, HRH Eze Chigbu Ikwulagu, mentioned group leaders have been in a gathering over the incident.
""There are different versions of what happened and we are still investigating. We will come out with a statement on the matter," he added.
An official of the Nigerian Military, who confirmed the incident, mentioned it had been reported to the Military headquarters and investigation was on.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, Geoffrey Ogbonna, mentioned the police have been additionally wanting into the matter.
