Chef Kent Rathbun recently announced that he would open a new concept called Hickory in Plano. On Facebook he shared, "I've been getting a lot of inquiries about what will be on the menu at Hickory. I'm pretty excited to share a taste of "Hickory Beef Ribs" and "No Regret Pork". Both items will be on the menu when we open this Spring." Looks delicious! I can't wait to get in there and sample this menu for myself.
